Coach Anthony

Anthony, co-owner of Salon De Fit, brings 15 years of experience and a diverse competitive background. He specializes in youth athletics, bodybuilding, powerlifting, and functional fitness, drawing from his experience in bodybuilding competitions, Spartan Races, HYROX, and powerlifting. His mission is to coach youth and adults to become their strongest, healthiest, and most confident selves by building discipline, resilience, and lifelong habits through intentional training and mentorship.

Coach Mark

Mark is the co-owner of Salon De Fit and brings 18 years of coaching experience to the gym. He specializes in one-on-one and group training, body composition work, and practical bodybuilding application. With experience in online bikini and men’s physique coaching, Mark focuses on teaching clients the training and nutrition habits that lead to real, long-term lifestyle change.

Jessica is a fitness coach who understands the real challenges of midlife—autoimmune issues, perimenopause, and changing energy. With 4 years of coaching, she helps women build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits through strength training, HIIT, and macro-focused nutrition at Salon De Fit. Her mission: to show women that strength has no age limit.

Coach Ruby

Ruby is a 31-year-old bilingual trainer from San Jose with over four years of personal training experience. Her own fitness journey—experiencing both weight loss and weight gain—led her to help others navigate the same challenges. She has coached clients through weight loss, muscle building, and developing the confidence that carries into their lives beyond the gym. Ruby’s mission is to empower people to believe in themselves and build the strongest version of who they want to be.
